Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while larger furniture pieces may require 10-14 days for specialized freight delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Royal Gourmet ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our international logistics to serve more countries in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to our carrier's website where you can monitor your delivery's progress.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Royal Gourmet furniture includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Decor and kitchenware are covered by a 90-day quality guarantee.
